Back in the day, I found myself immersed in the world of calorie-counting and fad diets, from Paleo to keto and Atkins. But let's be honest - "diets" take a toll on both our physical and mental well-being. Who needs the pressure of exercising solely to fit a certain mold? Definitely not me!
That's when I decided to flip the script. In 2000, I introduced the "Revitalize" group coaching programme, a safe space for women to rediscover joy and happiness in their approach to food and exercise.
Fast-forward to today, I've had the privilege of guiding countless amazing women through this transformative journey.
Armed with a Sports Science degree, Nutritional Therapy Diploma, fitness qualifications, and even a Mindset and NLP Coaching Certification, I'm equipped to help you conquer those mental hurdles. Join me if you can, but all chats will be saved in the facebook group for you to catch up! Plus, all exercise videos, recipes and nutrition support will be available in the app.
The meal plans and recipes are very flexible, so that you can make it work for you and all the family. The recipes come with a step by step guide which are simple and really versatile, so you can make changes to suit your tastes. We provide notes for each recipe giving suggestions of alternative ingredients if you don’t have things to hand or don’t like certain things.
Absolutely. All of the training and support will be available inside the Cheryl Dean Coaching app. The live trainings will be available on You Tube and you can also ask me questions directly from the app. The final candlelight session will be held on zoom so everyone can join in the finale Christmas party!
Of course! We’ve had lots of Dairy Free/Gluten Free and vegetarians go through this programme. The swap list will be your best friend! We also have a pescatarian meal plan that has lots of veg-friendly meal ideas.
I would never take away your favorite tipple. There is a section in the programme where we discuss alcohol and how to still be successful and achieve your goals.
