I'm Cheryl Dean


A Qualified Nutritional Therapist and Personal Trainer on a mission to help women break free from restrictive diets and improve their relationship with food and exercise. 

 

With over 2 decades of experience working in the health and fitness industry and spending most of my adult hood supporting women in their quest for a healthy mind and body, I can offer more than your average Personal Training and Nutritional service. Injuries and a passion for personal development led to me training and qualifying as a Sports Massage Therapist, NLP Practitioner and APPI Pilates Instructor.

 

 There are No fad diets, No short cuts and No pills and potions in my world. I am here to empower you and educate you, so that you are in control of your own lifestyle and everyone is on a different journey. There is NO one size fits all approach. I am here to help you become the best version of yourself!

 

So, whether you are looking to lose weight, a regular gym bunny or a seasoned athlete, my breadth of knowledge and wide scope of practice allows me to support all aspects of health including; movement, nutrition, sleep, stress and injury prevention. I'm Cheryl Dean 


A Qualified Nutritional Therapist and Personal Trainer on a mission to help women break free from restrictive diets and improve their relationship with food and exercise.

I love to travel and have worked with clients around the world, including Richard Branson on an epic Mont Blanc challenge as his sports therapist. Helped hundreds of women up and down the UK with my weight loss and fitness programmes both online and in person.  

 

My greatest achievement has been the creation and development of my very own Fitness and Nutrition programmes. Especially my signature programme the "Discovery Plan". Based on extensive research and scientific studies. I have had the worst relationship with food my entire life. I saw a post advertising Cheryl's work so I decided I had nothing to lose. Boy was I wrong..two weeks in and I lost 3.5kg. After a lengthy time out following injury and surgery, I knew the time was right to get my weight down and fitness back to where it used to be. I found Cheryl through a recommendation and can honestly say the help and support Cheryl has given me over the last 12 months has been invaluable.

 

When we first met, my intentions were to train for weight loss and stay injury free so that I could enter a half Ironman. After my first consultation, Cheryl persuaded me to enter a full Ironman given the 8 months we had to work together.

 

At first I wasn’t convinced I could achieve this, but as the months rolled on, Cheryl’s guidance, support and belief proved invaluable. In 8 months, I had lost my target weight loss of 2 stone, completed a half Ironman in June and then completed Ironman UK in July.

 

Cheryl’s support throughout has been fantastic. On the morning of the Ironman, Cheryl came down to the swim to support me and the moment I saw her, prior to entering the water, I was given such confidence. Once I crossed the finish line I was met by big hugs from friends, family and Cheryl included.

 

I can honestly say that over the past 12 months I have gained a lot in terms of fitness and achievement, but most of all I have gained a valuable friend. I cannot thank or recommend Cheryl highly enough to anyone who may need her support to achieve something special!

"This is the first time I have followed a specific weight loss and exercise plan that doesn’t feel like being on a structured diet. Most of us women (well my friends and I) wanting to lose weight will either attend a weekly weigh-in session or go to the gym to see a Personal Trainer. This is completely different! I have managed to stick to Cheryl’s healthy eating guidelines, which she motivates and educates us each week with new recipes, meal planning ideas and workouts that I can do at home which are short and suitable for my level of fitness, so I can do my exercise when I have put the kids to bed. The recipes are quick, tasty and the best bit….they don’t involve loads of weird and wonderful ingredients that I haven’t heard of before.
